1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Deexon Solutions for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, partners, and Academy students.

2. Services

Deexon Solutions provides technology services including (but not limited to):

• ◆Web development and e-commerce solutions
• ◆Software development and digital branding
• ◆Google Business Profile setup and management
• ◆Network installation and ICT infrastructure
• ◆Technology education through the Deexon Academy
• ◆ICT Hub setup and advanced tech skills programs

All service engagements are subject to a separate agreement, scope of work, or proposal document. These Terms apply alongside any such agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and branding — is the property of Deexon Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

For client projects: upon full payment, intellectual property rights for deliverables (such as website code, designs, and content we create for you) transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

• ◆Provide accurate information and content required for project completion
• ◆Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines
• ◆Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• ◆Not use our deliverables for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
• ◆Maintain all login credentials and assets securely after project handover

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined per project in your proposal or agreement. Generally:

• ◆A deposit is required before project work begins
• ◆Final payment is due upon project completion and before final handover
• ◆Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges
• ◆All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. Significant scope changes may require a new proposal.

7. Academy Terms

For students and school partners of the Deexon Academy:

• ◆Enrollment fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced
• ◆Students are expected to attend sessions and complete assigned projects
• ◆Certificates are issued upon successful course completion only
• ◆School partnerships are governed by a separate partnership agreement
• ◆Deexon Solutions reserves the right to remove students who violate conduct standards

8. Limitation of Liability

Deexon Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or services we integrate with or recommend. These are used at your own discretion and are subject to their respective terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deexon Solutions may terminate an engagement immediately if a client is found to be using our services for illegal or harmful purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to Nigerian jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
